What this covers

These terms cover the hosted workspace — the account you sign in to here, where the gateways you run push a copy of their records so your team can see them in one place.

They do not cover the AxiGate FinOps software itself. The app you download and run on your own machines is covered by its own licence, which comes with it. You can use the app without ever having an account here, and nothing on this page changes that.

What you get

• One workspace that every gateway on your team can push to, and a dashboard over it.
• Your first 14 days include everything the Business plan includes, free, with no card. On day 15 the workspace moves to the free hosted plan by itself.
• On the free hosted plan you keep your workspace and see the most recent 14 days. Nothing is deleted when the window shortens. The older records are still yours, and they are visible again the moment you move to a paid plan.
• Paid plans, when you choose one, are month to month. You can cancel at any time, from Manage billing in your workspace or by writing to us, and when the subscription ends the workspace returns to the free hosted plan; again, nothing is deleted.

What we ask of you

• Everyone who needs the workspace gets their own sign-in: an owner or admin invites them from the People page under Settings. Never share your password or your sign-in code. The owner and admins decide who is in the workspace and what each person can do, and someone they remove loses access at once.
• Keep your password and your workspace's push keys to yourself, and tell us if any of them gets out. You can revoke a push key yourself on the Connect a gateway page.
• Owners and admins must use a sign-in code from an authenticator app to connect computers or change limits, keys, billing or people. Keep the code's setup key and its recovery codes to yourself: a recovery code is the way in when your phone is lost, and we can turn a code off for you only after checking it is you.
• Give the people who need the workspace their own sign-in from the People page, not a login you share.
• Do not try to break into other people's workspaces, and do not use the service to break the law.

What we do not promise

The hosted workspace is in a private pilot. We do not promise it will be reachable at any particular moment, and we may change or stop it. Nothing in your own traffic depends on it: the gateway you run keeps working, keeps enforcing your budgets and keeps its own records whether or not it can reach us.

The figures here are a record of what your gateways reported and what our price tables say those calls cost. They are a tool for working out a bill, not the bill itself. Your provider's invoice is the invoice.

Ending it

You can stop using the workspace whenever you like. Ask us to delete it and we will delete the workspace and everything in it, as the privacy policy lists, including the accounts of everyone whose only workspace it was; anyone who belongs to another workspace keeps their account and loses only their place in this one. A paid plan has to be cancelled first, so nothing goes on being charged for a workspace that is gone. We can close an account that is being used to attack the service or other customers; if we do, we will say why and give you your records first where we can.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell the email address on the account and give the change its own version. The version you agreed to is recorded against your account, with the date.
