Every dollar figure in AxiGate is shown with how sure we are of it — estimated from our price list, provider-reported when it comes from the provider's own bill, invoice-reconciled once you confirm the month against the invoice. Spend we can't yet attribute is shown as unknown, never guessed.

The dashboard opens in your browser on your own machine and refreshes itself, so you simply leave it up and watch — what needs a look up top, spend over time below it, and the receipt behind every figure you can see.
Colour means exactly one thing each: green is money the gateway prevented — never ordinary spend; amber is something worth a look; red is a call that was refused; plain ink is spend.

Never. AxiGate does not hold your provider key. Your key travels with your call, exactly as it does today — and a team's shared gateway passes it straight through to the provider.
Your traffic keeps flowing. If anything about recording ever fails, the request still goes through — safety never comes at the cost of your app. And because you run it yourself, there's no outside service in the path to go down.
