No agent handy? axigate-finops run --demo opens the dashboard with invented data and a runaway loop it stops, or take the tour of the hosted service.

Today's public build is from 11 September and does not yet include the dashboard, statements or closing the month described on this page. The current build, and the image the Docker command pulls, are not published yet.

The installer checks each download's SHA-256 for you; Install AxiGate shows how to check one by hand. The next release will also carry a signature and a list of what each program was built from, and its Docker image will be signed too; the same page shows how to check both.

WHAT YOU GET

See it

Watch the money move as your agents work, with the total climbing on screen as calls land. Every call lands on the team, project and agent that caused it, so you can finally answer “which agent spent this?” — and every job carries a receipt.

Stop it

Give a job a dollar limit. When it's reached, the job's next call is politely refused — everything else keeps running. A stuck job that keeps repeating itself is paused before it burns money, and if you give AxiGate a Slack or Discord address, a message lands there the moment it happens.

Explain it

A monthly statement checked against OpenAI's or Anthropic's own cost report, with any gap named, so your finance team signs a number they can defend. Nothing is shown without saying how sure we are, and spend we can't attribute stays unknown. Honest beats neat.

Trust it

It runs on your laptop or your own server, on your ordinary key. It records the meter, never the message; it never changes an answer; and if anything about recording ever hiccups, your request still goes through.

Share it

One shared budget for the whole team that holds no matter whose laptop a job started on, and a gateway key per developer so “who spent what” is answered without any extra sign-in.

PRIVACY

It records the meter, never the message: counts, costs and the labels you set. Your provider key goes to the provider and nowhere else. Nothing is sent to us.

LICENCE

Licensed by AxiGate Labs: free to run on as many of your own machines as you like, for as long as you like, for your own internal use. The source is not published.

UPDATES

Each release carries the date it was built and asks you to update a year later: from month nine the dashboard says so, and after the year its summary screens step aside for one page with the update command. Traffic, caps and records are never affected, nothing is deleted, and the newer release is free, with no account.

axigate-finops version prints the build date and the date it asks you to update by.
