Hand finance a file

Open Statement and switch to Take it with you. Each file your plan includes has a Download button and a Preview.

Statement CSV is the statement line by line: the month, the provider and model, what it cost, and, where it's known, the team, project, customer and agent it belongs to. It opens in any spreadsheet.

Every line also says how sure its figure is, so an estimate is never mistaken for the bill.

To hand over one provider's month on its own, open that month under By provider and period and choose Download this period.

JSON has every field of the lines behind the totals, made for scripts and pipelines rather than for reading.

FOCUS (the FinOps Open Cost and Usage Specification) is a shared format for cost data that FinOps tools read. The file has every column FOCUS 1.2 requires, under the names FOCUS gives them.

Your team, project, customer, agent and run travel with each line as extra columns, and its cost column adds up to AxiGate's own total, to the cent.

Preview shows the first rows of the real file and how many it has in all: 50 rows of a CSV, or 15 entries of the JSON. Download full takes the whole file.

On your own machines, the dashboard's Statement knows only what the gateway recorded. To put the provider's bill in the file too, run analyze on the bill together with the gateway's ledger file (the path serve printed when it started).

It writes statement.csv, with report.txt beside it, into the folder --out names; without --out they land in the folder you run it from. --focus writes a FOCUS file too, at the path you give it.
