How far back the pages look depends on where AxiGate runs for you. A shorter look never deletes anything: older calls are still there, just outside the view.

How far back each plan looks
Every plan keeps the calls. What differs is how far back its pages and downloads reach:
- The free edition on your own machines: all of it
- Hosted Free: the last 14 days
- Team: the last 90 days
- Business: the last 13 months
Switch how far back you're looking
The range switch at the top of the data pages sets how far back they all look: 7, 14 or 30 days, or your plan's whole window (All time on the free edition).
A range longer than your plan's window shows a lock, and opens Plan & billing. Downloads don't follow the switch: the full downloads cover your plan's whole window (all of it on the free edition).
When a granted plan ends
Hosted FreeTeamBusinessA new hosted workspace starts on Business for 14 days, free. A plan granted this way runs until a date, and Plan & billing shows it.
When the date passes, nothing is deleted and there is nothing to do. The workspace moves to the plan you pay for, or to Hosted Free if there isn't one.
From then on the pages look back that plan's window (on Hosted Free, the last 14 days), and features it doesn't include close. Plan & billing shows the plans that look back further.

Keep your own copy
On Statement, open Take it with you and download JSON. It covers your plan's whole window, whatever range the switch shows.
Recap
- Hosted Free looks back 14 days, Team 90 days and Business 13 months; the free edition shows all of it.
- Nothing older is deleted. Your plan and the range switch decide what is in view.
- When a granted plan's date passes, the workspace moves to the plan you pay for, or Hosted Free.
